The Future Ready program consists of two stages, firstly, the TLP Program which aims to engage with your leadership team and explore different options for your company. Once successfully completing the first stage, with the support of an NGen liaison, your team will develop a bespoke upskilling plan that supports a successful transformation.  Stage 1: TLP Program

Get ready to expand your horizons, The Future Ready Program kicks off with the Transformational Leadership Program (TLP). This program is focused on exposing your company to see world-class practices, take a good look at your own strengths and weaknesses using their self-assessment tool, and uncover exciting opportunities for your business. This immersive experience will leave you buzzing with fresh ideas and a newfound perspective on how to boost your business. During the TLP program, up to 12 leaders from your company will engage in workshops and understand your technology readiness. Together with NGen, you'll create a strategic roadmap tailored to your unique needs, ensuring your decisions align with your business objectives.

 Stage 2: Customized Upskilling Plan

Once your company has successfully completed the TLP program, it's time to dive into the next stage, developing an upskilling plan. Working with an NGen workforce liaison, you’ll develop a customized upskilling plan. This plan is all about equipping your team with the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing industry. With the upskilling plan in place, your employees will receive targeted training and gain micro-credentials. By investing in your workforce, you're fostering a culture of growth and ensuring your company is ready to tackle new challenges head-on.
